Chocolate sheet cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. Tons of blue and red food coloring to make the star field and the stripes. And then, at just the right moment, we doused it with Bacardi 151 and lit it up. It flamed briefly, caramelized oh-so-slightly, and was utterly yummy. Not to mention 100% Constitutional!
