Whoopi Goldberg Discusses Prop 8 Protest on “The View” (Video)

As we reported last night, Whoopi was marching with what is now estimated at 15,000 people in New York City to protest the passage of California’s Prop 8. Here’s some video of Whoopi discussing it on “The View” this morning.

i am so glad that u as a star came out to help us fight for equality rights , family , safety, protection .i think more star ’s should show more support on this actions. orpha,obama , michelle , some singer’s , more tv and internet info … to help people understand that all gay people are not as they show on tv .. me and my partern have been together for 2 yrs on working on a family , we have one son eliajh and would love to adopt in the next 2 yrs mabe shoot for two more. but we dont go out club and drink or do drugs , we are as normal as everyone else . we get up every moring get our son up take him to school ,well i volenter at his school all day and help him grow to a respected boy , we have dinner together and pray before we go to bed , and family day on weekends , we live as a family , nothing more , so i wish people stop judging us before u get to know us . they need to take the time to get to know someone before u vote . i love uyour show and thank you for your support on eqal right for all . your fans in san diego cal …. romeo , vince and our son eliajh ….. soon to be (anderson camacho ) when the time come to get married .. thats all dream with family and friends …
