Retinol Creme Retin A, Shame on the Obama Administration...

A federal appeals court ordered the military to temporarily continue its "don't ask, don't tell" policy for openly gay service members Friday in response to a request from the Obama administration.

In its three-page ruling, the U.S, 750mg Retinol Creme Retin A. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said the ruling was based on new information provided by the federal government, including a declaration from Major General Steven A. Hummer, Retinol Creme Retin A japan, who is leading the effort to repeal the policy.

"In order to provide this court with an opportunity to consider fully the issues presented in the light of these previously undisclosed facts," the court wrote, that it would uphold an earlier order to keep the policy in place.
Despite the delay in dismantling the controversial policy, 20mg Retinol Creme Retin A, the ruling bars the federal government from investigating, penalizing or discharging anyone pursuant to "don't ask, don't tell."
The court of appeals had halted "don't ask, Retinol Creme Retin A ebay, don't tell" July 6 but the Department of Justice filed an emergency motion Thursday saying ending the policy now would pre-empt the orderly process for rolling it back, per a law signed by President Barack Obama in December.

The ruling was supported by Servicemembers United, an organization of gay and lesbian troops and veterans, but the group's executive director Alexander Nicholson voiced frustration over the slow process of dismantling "don't ask, 500mg Retinol Creme Retin A, don't tell."

"The situation with finally ending this outdated and discriminatory federal policy has become absolutely ridiculous," said Nicholson.

[...] And in response to tall this, the White House is trying to get that ruling reversed. To which, the courts complied. DADT is back on ladies and gentlemen. I’m falling more and more out of love with Obama by [...]

This is the saddest thing I’ve heard. How can you reverse someone’s civil rights. I am not gay, don’t think it’s right FOR ME, however- I would never dare tell YOU or anyone else to do things “my way”. This is simply crazy. I hope everyone soon sees what a sell out the Obama Admin is for this. Obama himself was in favor of granting equal rights, or so we thought….I hope that the gay community will one day be given equal rights. I know that when it does happen- because it will- I won’t hang my head in shame because I didn’t “do anything about it.” I won’t go quietly into the night about civil rights- even the ones like this, that don’t even affect me.

So I guess all those service members that felt relieved enough to come out after the policy was changed will just have say…”Just kidding!”, since they already told?!?! This is ridiculous! It is hard enough to be in the military, especially when away from home. Then you can’t even talk about the things that make you smile and put you at ease, like your partner and your family and social life. You can’t look at pictures and share stories with your battle buddies because of DADT. That puts more strain and heartache than a soldier needs. We all bleed red!

The fact that the first commenter is acting like this is the shame of the Obama administration is hilarious. Out of all the things this administration has done, the thing to get up in arms about is the dont ask don’t tell policy, really? Benghazi must of slipped your mind, or the sales of assault rifles to Mexican cartels that killed a border patrol agent. Do you realize how narrow minded you sound, when the issue to speak about is whether or not you can be openly gay in the military? This is the problem with left wing agendas, when someone disagrees, you call them a sell out, sexist, bigot, racist, and on the list goes. HELLO!!!! Are you telling me you lacked the intellect to not see that Obama was a snake before he ever stepped foot into office? Do yourself a favor, stop watching MSNBC and voting for someone based on popularity. The plague of the Democratic Party is “feelings.” How does this make ME feel? I have no opinion on the don’t ask, don’t tell policy…I simply do not care, but what I do care about is how blindly you will follow someone to the slaughter and when it’s your turn to be on the chopping block you scream “this isn’t fair, this isn’t what you promised.” Welcome to politics? Get a grip people and stop worrying about YOUR agenda and worry about your country as a whole.

And further more, the gay rights movement tries to attribute its hardships to that if the blacks in America. Don’t get me wrong, tragedies have come down on the gay community time and time again, but none more than any other group in the last 15 years. The LGBT community is welcome anywhere they go, with the exception of some narrow minded people, the same as a white man entering an overwhelming black community, vise versa. But come on people, you can have children, have unions, do whatever you want to be completely honest. The gay men and women that are enlisted in the military probably respect what they serve enough to not put themselves out there…otherwise they wouldn’t have enlisted in the first place. I understand the frustration to a degree, but have you ever taken the time to see it not from a straight perspective, but a militant point of view? I’m sure this is asking to much of you, and I’m not going to go into detail about it, because I know it’ll be a dead end, but try to think outside of your one track box and see the flip side to things rather than crying about how mistreated you are. I’m out, peace!

This is a big blot on the Obama administration as far as LGBTQ rights go. It is shame on them – it doesn’t take anything way from all of the other failures to say that this is a big problem which affects a lot of people – people who trusted him .

“Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is total BS. My father, both of my great-grand fathers, and several others in my family were in the military, though none of them were anything other than straight. The fact that the people who defend our rights don’t get those rights themselves makes no sense. They deserve every right that others get, if not more. I am not straight, but I want to join the military one day when I am old enough. And if it isn’t already disabled, I will do everything I can to rip “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” apart.
